01 Feb Upgrade of the vertical plastic pumps
EQUIPOS INBEAT has upgraded the design of the vertical pumps entailing the following improvements:
- The opening-closing operation of the body has been simplified, saving time in maintenance operations that this implies.
- The metal fastening components have been eliminated, thereby, preventing eventual sealing failures, as well as the corrosion of the metal pins.
- The discharge elbow is now tangential, improving pump performance and smoothing hydraulic loads and stresses.
These features, already standardized in new equipment, can also be incorporated into already installed equipment, since spare parts for equipment in operation are compatible with the new design.
